please contact with us if you or friends have
   premature baby and need in financial
   assistance, whether the infant is still in the
   hospital or at home.


1.Born before 37weeks gestation, or weighting less 2,500 grams at brith.
2.Receiving medical treatment at one of the contracting hospitals.
3.There is financial difficulty （to be evaluated by the social worker of the contracting hospital.）
